Men's Health
Description: The MEPS-HC collects some questions specific to men related to preventive care such as the PSA exam. In addition to the publications listed below, many of the statistical briefs and other analytical reports using MEPS-HC data include breakouts and analysis by gender.
Data tables: Although none of the men's health specific questions are available through the HC Summary Data Tables at this time, most tables provide breakdowns of data by sex. In addition, many tables can be customized so that men can be selected as the population of interest.
Analytic tools: Although none of the men's health specific variables are available with the MEPSNet/HC query tool at this time, you can generate your own tables by selecting men as the population of interest.
