Health Insurance -- Coverage
Description: Health insurance coverage of the U.S. population by person and family-level characteristics is collected through the MEPS Household Component. Job-based health insurance coverage offered by employers is collected through the MEPS Insurance Component.
Data tables: Both the Health Insurance Tables listed under the MEPS-HC Summary Data Tables and the MEPS-IC Summary Data Tables have extensive information on health insurance coverage.
Analytic tools: Both the MEPSnet/HC and MEPSnet/IC query tools have extensive information on health insurance coverage.
