Description:
   Using information from the Household Component of the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS-HC), this Research Findings report examines changes in the percentage of non-elderly adults who were uninsured for at least 1 month during each calendar year (the "ever uninsured rate"). The report presents 2013-2016 estimates of the percentage and number of non-elderly adults, ages 18-64, in the civilian noninstitutionalized population, who were "ever uninsured" during the calendar year overall and by demographic characteristics and Medicaid expansion status.
