Question: How can I get CPT-4 Codes?

CPT-4 codes are collected in the Medical Provider Component (MPC) to facilitate matching household-reported events to provider-reported events. The information collected is not nationally representative. However, the codes may be accessed for approved projects in the AHRQ Data Center.
