Health Insurance -- Employer-sponsored
Description: Job-based health insurance data are collected from employers in the MEPS Insurance Component survey. The MEPS-IC data files are not available for download, but summary data are available in the tables and publications below.

In the MEPS Household Component, limited information about the household's job-based health insurance coverage is collected and available on the MEPS-HC data files.

In earlier years of the survey, employers of MEPS-HC job-holders were also interviewed through the MEPS Insurance Component survey. Linked HC/IC Files for years 1996-1999 are only available through the AHRQ Data Center.
