Description:
   The percentage of children with an annual well-child visit increased for all income groups. In 2002, among low-income children, 42 percent had a well-child visit compared with 46 percent in 2009. Among high-income children, 54 percent had a well-child visit in 2002 compared with 64 percent in 2009.
