Population, 1997
These tables present descriptive
data from the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey on spending
in 1997 for hospital, office-based, home health, and other
types of care by source of payment and characteristics of
users. Data for all types of health care combined (Tables
1-2) and for each type of service (Tables 3-8) are presented
below.
