Information on the MEPS Web site should be accessible via screen readers and other accessibility tools with the exception of links to content resident on Web sites that are not Federal Government resources.
The PDF versions of the documents on the MEPS Web site are designed for readability and to produce more consistent results. We recommend that users print the PDF versions of files (where applicable) rather than the HTML formats. The corresponding HTML versions of the documents are simplified versions, fully tagged for accessibility.
To download a PDF file, right-click on the file to bring up a menu, then left-click on "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" to bring up the "Save As" window. To view and print PDF files, you need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™, a free software program you can download from the Adobe® Web
site.
If you are unable to open or experience an error accessing a PDF file, please upgrade to the most recent version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe®

DISCLAIMER: MEPS Web site screen or document appearance may vary depending on your hardware/software configuration. Different operating systems, browsers, screen resolution settings, and specific software plug-ins* (such as Adobe Pro vs. Adobe Reader, or PowerPoint Viewer vs. PowerPoint MS Office) will affect display results. In addition, document properties assigned by the MEPS Web site may be overridden by customized settings within your software applications (such as those on Internet Explorer’s Internet Options tab). Font issues such as warnings about embedded fonts may be resolved by choosing more flexible 'default font' options.
