MEPS HC-058: MEPS Panel 4 Longitudinal Data File

The Panel 4 Longitudinal Weight File has been transformed into the Panel 4 Longitudinal Data File. Analytic variables have been added from the 1999 and 2000 consolidated
full-year (HC-038 and HC-050) files. The longitudinal weight LONGWTP4 was renamed to be LONGWT.
Update #1: 10/29/04
The HC-058 data file has been updated to make stratum (VARSTRP4) and
PSU (VARPSUP4) variables consistent with other longitudinal weight
files. This enables the user to combine files for analytic purposes.
