Released as an ASCII file (with related SAS, SPSS, STATA, and R programming statements and data user information), a SAS data set, a SAS transport dataset, a Stata dataset, and an Excel file, the 2022 Jobs File provides job-level data collected on a nationally representative sample of the United States civilian noninstitutionalized population for calendar year 2022. This file contains data collected in Rounds 7-9 of Panel 24, Rounds 3-5 of Panel 26, and Rounds 1-3 of Panel 27 of the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), corresponding to the rounds for the MEPS panels covering calendar year 2022. The dataset includes variables pertaining to household-reported jobs, including earnings types, hours and weeks worked, establishment size, industry and occupation codes, retirement and other benefits offerings, and health insurance availability.
