Update #2: 06/15/12
The HC-036 ASCII text and SAS transport data files have been updated with corrected Stratum and PSU values for 2008 and 2009 records.
Update #1: 04/23/04 The
HC-036 document has been updated with a correction to the first
sentence in Section 3.0 on page C-1. The corrected sentence is "The
following steps should be taken to create a pooled file over
the six years."
