Printing tips
This public use data file provides information on household-reported medical conditions collected on a nationally representative sample of the civilian noninstitutionalized population of the United States for the 2019 MEPS Household Component. Released as an ASCII file with SAS, SPSS, STATA, and R programming statements and in a SAS transport file, a SAS V9 file, a XLSX file, and a Stata file, this public use file provides information on the household-reported medical conditions reported in the 2019 portion of Rounds 3, 4 and 5 for Panel 23, as well as the 2019 portion of Rounds 1, 2, and 3 for Panel 24 (i.e., rounds for MEPS panels covering calendar year 2019). ICD-10 codes and Clinical Classification Software Refined (CCSR) codes are provided.
