Private sector establishments
State and local governments
There are additional questionnaires used in the data collection process
that are available upon request to the MEPS project director at mepspd@ahrq.gov.
They include questionnaires designed to collect company-level data when
establishment data were not available from the respondent, person-level
data to match back to the MEPS-Household Component survey (1996 only),
data by telephone when the mailed questionnaires were not returned, and
data from companies that have multiple establishments in the sample.
