The Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) is a set of
large-scale surveys of families and individuals, their medical
providers, and employers across the United States. MEPS is the most complete

coverage. Learn more about MEPS.
AHRQ will be conducting a virtual MEPS-HC Data Users' Workshop on September 10-12, 2024.
This workshop will provide basic knowledge of the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS) and an opportunity to construct data files for beginner and experienced users alike. MEPS topics will be presented in a lecture format on the first day and half of the second day. The remainder of the second day and the entire third day will provide an opportunity to learn how to analyze MEPS data in interactive sessions in 3 programming languages (STATA, R, and SAS).
